Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy previously known as low level laser therapy or LLLT is the application of light to tissues to reduce inflammation and improve healing. PBM works by increasing cellular energy (ATP) while improving circulation. At the Sollay Laser Center we have been applying red and near infrared light over injuries to improve wound and soft tissue healing, reduce inflammation and provide relief for both acute and chronic pain for over ten (10) years.
Medical therapeutic lasers are being used to increase the speed, quality and strength of tissue repair; resolve inflammation and relieve pain. At the Sollay Laser Center our staff uses medical therapeutic laser devices to provide treatment for soft tissue injuries, joint conditions, neuropathic pain, non-healing skin
wounds and pressure ulcers.
